Juicing Cleanse: Recipes for Day 1-6

Juicing for 6 Days straight has so many benefits it’s hard to list. When would you ever eat an apple, handful of spinach, 1/4 of a pineapple, 1/4 of a cucumber, 1 lime, 1.5″ of  a broccoli stem, 6 pods of peas, and half of an avocado? I’m a vegetarian and I’ll be honest, I don’t eat very many fresh vegetables. There it’s out there. Sure drinking a liquid form of vegetables lacks some of the fiber versus eating it whole. But are you going to eat it whole? I didn’t think so. Juicing isn’t meant to be done forever. It can be done for a number of consecutive days and have a vast impact on cleansing your body from all of the junk we put in it. These are the juices I’ve had in my first 6 days of my 27-Day Juice Cleanse and I’ve lost 6 pounds. All of these juices, even the strange blended ones are delicious. I promise you.
